She's here!

Austen Cate McCabe arrived on April 29th, 2011 at 11:49am. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long. She looks a lot like her proud big sister Laney. We have more pictures to post but the connection is really slow at the hospital so check back soon for more.

Easter Sunday

Easter was a lot of fun this year since Laney was old enough to connect with what was going on. Here she is in her new dress!

Laney was so excited to have Uncle Dac and Aunt Jayne at church with us!

Laney woke up at 6AM asking if the Easter bunny had been to our house...so we had an early morning egg hunt. She was most excited about this chocolate bunny that was in her Easter basket. She's been asking me for it every time we've gone to the grocery store in the past month!

She couldn't believe that the Easter bunny hid eggs in her flip flops that she left out!

Easter Egg Hung

Laney had fun at the Easter egg hunt at our church. It lasted about 5 seconds but she founds lots of eggs!

She told me she thought there was a person inside the Easter bunny costume.

Visit from Aunt Mary & Uncle Dave

Laney had a blast over the weekend with Aunt Mary, Uncle Dave and the McCabe crew! She loved all of the attention and the non-stop action.
