Braden's 6th Birthday

We were so excited to have Aunt Debbie and the cousins visit. We celebrated Braden's 6th Birthday and Debbie's 29th! Here they are posing during a round of mini golf.

Braden had an ice cream cake for his b-day. Aunt Leslee and the girls were much more excited about the cake than Braden.

We're ready for cake...bring it on!

Here they are watching Braden and Dru ride the go carts.

They thought it was hilarious to jump around in their matching PJ's.

Chuck E. Cheese

They flew all the way from KC just to end up at Chuck E. Cheese! Laney just had to see the mouse but then got star struck and scared when he came by to say hello.

She was a little unsure of everything but she liked the red car.

With their tickets the girls chose suckers. Laney had to unwrap both of hers and eat them at the same time.
The birthday boy!

Go Dawson go!

Grandma's Birthday Party!

We spent the weekend at an awesome cabin in Broken Bow to celebrate Grandma's 60th birthday. Sorry Matsy, I couldn't leave out the milestone number (60 is the new 40)! We had a blast hanging out with Grandma, Pops, Aunt Klanci, Uncle Dac and Jayne. You never would have known that Laney had just been sick with the flu. Here she is helping blow out the candles.

She loved helping Grandma open her presents!

More Broken Bow

She loved the tire swing! Life is good!

We made friends with Tupac, a puppy from across the woods.

We took an exhilarating train ride (ha, ha) through the park!

The cabin had an awesome play area. Laney referred to it as the park.

More fun at 'the park'!

Bumble Bee

I was so excited that she actually liked Halloween this year! We went to trunk or treat at the church and then did some trick or treating in our neighborhood. She got the hang of it pretty quickly. The first words out of her mouth the next morning (at 6AM) were Mommy, I want my candy please!

Wear these pumpkin stickers on your forehead and lift me up high again and again and again Daddy! She's quite the boss.

Laney and Reese at the Pumpkin Patch

The sun finally came out on Saturday so we met Karris and Reese at the Pumpkin Patch. They had a good time!

They crawled all over the pumpkins!

We took a hayride through the soggy field.

Laney tried to keep up with Reese and took a few nose dives into the mud. She was covered in mud by the time we left!
