Ballerina Girl!

We wrapped up our second season of dance over the weekend. I'm in love with the studio Laney attends and the recital was terrific! She's in the 3-4 year old pre-ballet class and they could not have been any cuter. In the Fall she gets to take ballet and tap!

More Birthday!

Finally...a few more pictures from Austen's 1st Birthday! She loved her cake and would have kept eating if I hadn't tried to put on her birthday hat. I accidentally popped her in the cheek with the strap and that was the end of the cake eating!

Carol made this Minnie Mouse cake. Too cute!

...Birthday!

Grandma and Laney made this super cute caterpillar cake for Austen.

She loved the cake and icing. We took her straight to the bath tub!

This was taken at the Tulsa Zoo. It was Austen's first trip to this zoo and she loved it!

Look Who's One!

We've had so much fun celebrating Austen's first birthday! We started on April 28th in Marshall and the festivities have been ongoing for the past two weeks! I have loads of pictures to sort through but here are a few of my favorites! More coming soon...

Uncle Dave

Look who came to Dallas? Uncle Dave was in town for work and we loved getting to meet up for dinner. Laney was so excited to show off the garden (her garden if she's talking about it).

Cowboys Stadium

We went to a kids fun day at Cowboys Stadium last weekend. Laney loved seeing the cheerleaders! Austen loved the wide open space!

 Little Romo fan!

Austen's First Easter

I was so excited about our coordinating navy Easter outfits. Nerdy, I know! I couldn't get Austen's little fat feet into her shoes so she went barefoot to church.

If only Dru would have worn a navy polka dot tie!

It was awesome to have Aunt Jayne in town for Easter!

Here's Laney coloring eggs. She LOVED experimenting with all the colors!

Pops and Laney got really creative with the eggs as you can see! We loved the egg decorating kit Aunt Mary!
