Easter Egg Hung

Laney had fun at the Easter egg hunt at our church. It lasted about 5 seconds but she founds lots of eggs!

She told me she thought there was a person inside the Easter bunny costume.

Visit from Aunt Mary & Uncle Dave

Laney had a blast over the weekend with Aunt Mary, Uncle Dave and the McCabe crew! She loved all of the attention and the non-stop action.

Spring Break

Braden and Dawson came to visit for Spring Break. Laney was so happy to have constant playmates! We had a great week!

Laney and Dawson got their toes done (pink of course) at the Nail Spa. They both sat perfectly still like regulars!

We went to the Dallas Zoo...along with everyone else in Dallas. We had a blast despite the crazy crowds!

Big Girl Room!!!

We're making progress on Laney's new big girl room. She's been sleeping in her bed for about a week now and is doing great! Here are a few pictures so far.

She calls the pink rug her dancing rug and loves to dress up and dance on it!

This is what it looks like with the afternoon sun coming through the curtains. It's hard to tell by the photo but there is a serious pink cast throughout the room!

Dru even fits in the new bed with Laney...but his feet hang off the end!

Laney was all sparkles on Valentine's Day with her heart t-shirt and pink glitter shoes!

Dawson's 5th Birthday

Laney and I went to KC over the weekend to celebrate Dawson's 5th Birthday. She had her party at a jump house. Here they are jumping in the basement before the party. Crazy static electricity!

They went through the obstacle course and down the big slide a million times!

Aunt Debbie got both girls Barbie bags that had a phone, camera, shades, etc. inside. It was so funny to watch them talk to each other on the phone standing side by side!

Birthday Celebration at Broken Bow

We met at an awesome cabin in Broken Bow to celebrate Klanci's 30th Birthday. The weather was unbelievable...70's and sunny! Laney loved the cabin, the hikes, the cake, the cupcakes, the s'mores, the attention...all of it!
